DELIVERY (RULES ON SHIPPING AND DELIVERY)

  1. 1) LolyMart guarantees safe and secured delivery services from all sellers, and the charges on delivery (delivery fees) shall be calculated using the weight of the package and the location of the recipient, or as determined by the seller.
  2. 2) Shipping fees would be included in the product cost by foreign sellers (abroad); and/or communicated to the buyer upon order in case there’s any difference to be paid.
  3. 3) However, no delivery fee will be charged if the product falls under free delivery (all terms and conditions apply).
  4. 4) Buyers must state clearly their delivery address and phone contact number on all orders.
  5. 5) If a buyer wishes to change delivery address or phone contact number, he/she should submit that in the order comment section before the order is shipped.
  6. 6) Buyers buying products shipped from abroad shall select seller’s shipping method as the shipping method since the seller is allowed to use any available shipping method with tracking information.
  7. 7) The buyer shall be responsible for receiving the shipment on time and paying any customs clearance duty if any.
  8. 8) Sellers outside Ghana must always state in the first line of their product description “Shipping from Abroad, China” or any other country they’re shipping from to inform buyers the product is not currently within Ghana.
  9. 9) Sellers outside Ghana must always use shipment with tracking numbers to enable buyers track delivery of their packages. The tracking number for an order shall be submitted in the order comment section by the seller.

Delivery Duration


  1. 10) Local delivery: We ensure prompt delivery to any part of Ghana within 12 – 72 Hours. If you do not receive your order after 72 hours of shipment, please refer to our Buyer Protection (Refund Policy).
  2. 11) International delivery (Shipping from abroad): We ensure delivery to any part of the world within 10 to 60 days. If you do not receive your order within 60 days after shipment, please refer to our Buyer Protection (Refund Policy)

DROP SHIPPING IS ALLOWED

  1. 12) A buyer can purchase items and ship to another person’s address without the buyer receiving and resending to the recipient, thereby saving time and cost of shipping/transportation. This is achieved by checking the “Gift Order” box when placing an order and filling in the details with the recipient’s delivery details.

Eg: 1. You live in London and your family is in Kumasi (a city in Ghana). You want to buy gifts for them during a festive season which would cost you time and extra money on shipping to get those items to your family members here in Ghana. All you have to do is log-in to your LolyMart account, search for the items you want to buy for them and click on Buy Now. When checking out, type in your family’s home delivery address and contact/phone number, pay for the items, and you can also add a note such as “SEASON’S GREETINGS FROM MARY MENSAH – LONDON”. LolyMart will make sure the package is delivered safely to the stated delivery address.

Eg: 2. You live and work in Accra, your child/ward is in a boarding school in Tamale and need provisions, books, etc. You usually go out to buy those items in town and travel all the way to the school to deliver the items costing you so much time and money. You can save yourself all these trouble by being smart and logging in to your LolyMart account, search for the items you want to buy for your child/ward, add them to cart. When checking out, type in your child/ward’s school delivery address including name, year, program/course, hostel name, and contact/phone number if applicable, pay for the items, and you can also add a note such as “GREETINGS FROM DADDY (MR. JAMES BARON) - ACCRA”. LolyMart will make sure the package is delivered to your child/ward safely and timely.

Eg: 3. You want to surprise someone special on an occasion such as birthday but you can’t be there in person. All you have to do is purchase the item on LolyMart.com, when checking out; type in the person’s home, school, or workplace delivery address and contact/phone number, and you can also add a note such as “HAPPY BIRTHDAY DEAR – FROM FELICITY ADDO”. LolyMart will make sure the package is delivered safely to the stated delivery address.

  1. 13) If a buyer within Ghana does not have a P. O. Box address or any shipping address and wants to buy products shipped from abroad; the person (Buyer) can order the item using his / her name with phone number, and c/o the postal address of LolyMart Limited (Ghana).

P. O. Box SK 1452, Sakumono. Greater Accra, Ghana. 0246 556 553. When the item arrives, LolyMart will deliver the item to the buyer and the buyer will pay any extra cost incurred by LolyMart such as Customs Clearance / Duty charges.

  1. 14) For orders sold by LolyMart or shipped by LolyMart Express, LolyMart will use whatever shipping method it pleases to make sure every recipient receives all goods purchased in time regardless the shipping method the buyer selects.
  2. 15) If the person does not receive the item after shipment in cases described in clause 9 and 10, please contact our customer support by sending an email to support@lolymart.com or call +233 (0) 246 556 553. If the item is still not delivered, please refer to our Buyer Protection (Refund Policy)
  3. 16) All orders shall be closed 60 days after shipment if no confirmation or complaint received from the buyer and the seller shall be paid in full.
